Lasionectria

Hi to all

Could this be Lasionectria mantuana? Found on decorticated wood of Carpinus betulus, Serbia.
Based on the key from Lechat and Fournier (2012), this species is reached. I don't have the full description and other details of ecology and distribution, so I'm asking.

thanks
Dragisa

Re : Lasionectria
Hi Dragisa,
your ID seems very plausible and interesting since it is a poorly documented species.
I attach the detailed description given by ROSSMAN et al. 1999 so that you can compare it to your collection. On your last photo, one can guess an acremonium-like condidophore with a conidium still attached at tip.
Too bad, Christian would have liked to have it in culture.
All the best,
Jacques

Thanks Jacques, if anyone is interested in a sample, I have enough to share.
