Hi Gernot
Thank you for the identification!
I did not have contact with this kind so far. I am pleased with this find though I see that it is not a rare.
greetings

Re : Parasitic fungus
Dear Mirek,

It's a gorgeous specimen!  Would you be willing to send me a portion of this collection?  I would appreciate having the opportunity to culture this fungus if your collection has been air dried.

Yours,

Wendy Untereiner

Re : Parasitic fungus
Dear Wendy
Mushroom is still alive and in very good condition. I can even send alive. I suspect that a few days of travel will not destroy him.
If you prefer dried, I will dry it and send it after Sunday.
I leave you with the decision to be shipped.
Please give me an address.
greetings
Mirek

Re : Parasitic fungus
O sorry! I did not notice that you are from Canada. The journey can be longer.
In this case, I will dry gently and I will send after Sunday.

Re : Parasitic fungus
Dear Mirek,

Thanks for your response.   There is no need to rush.  The ascospores will remain viable (germinable) for some months.  Please air-dry the collection completely and package it in paper - no plastic, plasase - to mail to the adress below.

With kind regards.

Yours,

Wendy
