En août dernier, j'avais récolté un gros os vache sur lequel poussait un asco. Je viens seulement de le mettre sous le micro que je vous présente.

Qu'en pensez-vous ?

maybe the anamorph of Babusicola massarinia is a starting point for further research:

Hi Martin,

Indeed, the conidia closely resemble those of Bambusicola massarinia, both in size and shape and at the level of the single septum and guttules. Now I imagine this is a close kind because the ecology here (big cow bone) is so different from the Bambusicola.

That's why I said "starting point". The best would be to sequence your collection.

By the way, I find it quite bold to include the ecology in the genus name... ;-)
