Pezicula cf. cinnamomea (or too small?)

Edvin Johannesen
Just a couple of really tiny (0.3 mm) apothecia on bark of Betula.  Spores ca. 25-27 x 10-11 mcr. (measured in KOH)  Appearing septate (but only large guttules?).  Aseptate in Baral'sche Lösung. Paraphyses filiform. +/- isodiametric cells plus yellow-pigmented thin hyphae in excipulum. Ascus pore IKI+ (deep reddish brown in Baral'sche).

I am thinking Pezicula cinnamomea, but can it be this small and solitary?  Any other Pezicula possibility?

All micro photos in KOH (except last, in Baral'sche).

Grateful for opinions.
