Is this Mollisia lividofusca?
Found on dead wood. No KOH reaction. Lugol reaction blue. Spore with (almost) no oil content: 7,7-11,9 x 2,8-3,3 µm. Hyphae brownish. See pictures.

Re : Mollisia lividofusca?
M. lividofusca tends to a strongly undulating margin and has often a brown subhymenium (this requires a section). I more think in something around M. oblonga or M. nodosa (two species names that refer to their Phialocephala anamorp). For images see my 7m Mollisiaceae folder on www.in-vivo-veritas.de.
