Black pyreno on Populus

These were growing on a dead, standing Populus tremula today. Maybe not be entirely ripe, but I measured a few spores:

(14.1) 15 - 16.9 (17.3) × (4.3) 4.6 - 5 (5.2) µm
Q = (2.9) 3 - 3.5 (3.8) ; N = 7
Me = 15.7 × 4.8 µm ; Qe = 3.3


Any idea what this is?
