Hello Tomas,
It seems to me  it may be Phialocephala sp, due to the penicilated conidiophore, I cannot distinguish the typical collarettes of the species. I seem to see  it forms endogenous catenate conidia.

Those triangular conidia are pretty interesting. Compare with Phialocephala trigonospora.

yes, a pretty good match - substrate a bit off but maybe not a problem

Substrate seems odd but from my understanding this species is only represented by collections from the original description. It is not related to Phialocephala at all but seems to be off on its own. Good find!
