Hi Joseba,
I think there are a lot of poorly described or undescribed discomycete species on Eucalyptus. A quite similar one but not the same as yours I once posted here:

Lothar, yours should be a Calycina, though not C. herbarum which microscopcially would be similar. Joseba's I cannot say. Living paraphyses would be one reauired feature.

thank you, Zotto!
I then regarded this as a Calycellina which also has vacuolar bodies typically.
Where do you set the limit between these two groups? (I know that Calycellina in a wide sense is a very heterogeneous field, in very limited sense they are typically 4-spored).

Re : Una para ID 5758
The two groups are genetically distinct and there is a tendency visible that 1-septate spores like in C. herbarum never occur in Calycellina. Usually Calycellina spores are non-septate although being long and often narrow. But to find good characters is difficult.

Hola Joseba, podría tratarse de algún Helicomyces o Helicosporium que hubiera empezado ya a germinar.
Saludos.
