I have Bisporella s.str. in the Helotiaceae folder. But you are right, there is no illustration of living paraphyses. But I have notes:
P. 2refr. multi-smallguttulate in upper 27-42 µm, 1. cell *66-72/3-3.7 µm.
P. multi- to angulargutt. 2,5refr., old also short-cylindrical, upper 50-65 µm, /2,5-3,8 µm.
