Calycina aff languida?
Viktorie Halasu, 11-03-2021 12:10
Viktorie HalasuHello,

I've found these small yellowish or chlorinaceous apothecia on wet laying Ulmus branch.
Asci 8 sp, H+, Baral's +r.
Gelified excipulum. No strongly refractive VBs seen, but based on the iodine reaction they are probably present in paraphyses and marginal cells.

Could it be that "C. aff. languida H+"? It's from 200 m a.s.l., though.

Thank you in advance.
Viktorie

Re : Calycina aff languida?
Hi Victorie

I don'k think so, yours looks sessile (does it?) and also from above quite different. The spores are different (not fusoid) and the VBs are only faintly refractive - such often cause heavy IKI reaction. Difficult to search the group...

Not sure if Ciliolarina could be an option?
