Hello everyone, On dead wood of Cytisus scoparius
The collection is from 2016, but I only microscoped it today.
According to the available keys, Claussenomyces atrovirens seems to be the most likely. I don't know its this genre so I'm afraid it might be something else?
Most of the spores with 7 septas, a large proportion of 3-5 sept, and a few more than 7 septas, I found a maximum of 9 septas.
Spore dimensions:
(13.5) 14.2 - 19.3 (24.4) × (2.6) 3.1 - 3.7 (4.1) µm
Q = (3.5) 4.6 - 6 (6.8); N = 17
Me = 17 × 3.3 µm; Qe = 5.2

I was a bit surprised because the collection is already a few years old, but the features are clearly visible and the ascomata is in perfect condition :)
As for the substrate, it was a very rotten stump whose species I could not define. However, due to the nature of the tree cover, it must have been deciduous. Both Betula and Alnus are very likely.
I took pictures in KOH and Lugol but I have them on another computer. In the evening, when I come back from work, I will try to present them.

Poland; Podlaskie voivodeship; Supra?l commune.
The village of Ogrodniczki, 300 m S
Mid-field tree cover, deciduous stand
Substrate: I suspect a stump from Populus, but other hardwoods also possible (Betula, Alnus?)
While reading the forum, I have already realized that Luis is also interested in this genre.
If Luis wants to do a sequence, I'll gladly send him part of the collection. I'm just asking for an address.
Mirek
Nice collection, I would be very happy if you could send me part of your collection to work by myself the morphology and also get DNA. If that possible? if so, please write me an email to lquijull@gmail.com and we can talk more about your collection and my project in this genus.
Best wishes
Luis
