carl van den broeckBut I don't have a good match! Koksijde (Belgium) - Fixed coastal dunes with herbaceousvegetation ("grey dunes")
Orange apothecia on sand, or rhizoids of Bruym sp.(possibly Syntrichia), or on dead grass blade .. 0.5 to 1 mm.
No membranous edge, no edge hairs.
Asci 8-spored, spores uni- or biseriate
Ascospores: ellipsoid 19 -21 x 11-12.5 µm, Q gem 1.7 - 1.8, ornamentation consisting of isolated warts (0.3 mu high), no oil droplets.
Textura globulosa / angularis
Paraphyses slightly thickened at the top.
Does anyone have an idea?

Re : I thought an octospora..
Bonsoir,

Comment les asques réagissent-ils avec Melzer ou IKI ?

Re : I thought an octospora..
Thank you all, with the help of all of you and Belgian mycologists I have a result. Iodophanus testaceus! The ascus walls color with Melzer blue which indicates Iodophanus, the spore size and ornamentation and the growing place (not on manure) lead me to testaceus.
