Stephen Martin MifsudI want to share colonies of Beauveria bassiana cultured on CZ, PDA and SDA.

I intend to collect/save them as herbarium collections and at the moment, drying them at 46 Celcius in a temp. regulated oven. I this a suitable temperature or can I set it higher without effecting the viability of the spores (and morphology) in case one needs to subculture?
