Ombrophila?

I need help with the determination of an Ombrophila(?) on the fallen cupules of Fagus. Collected 18.10.2020, altitude cca 400 meters.
Apos max. 2 mm on average, very shortly stalked, whitish or light yellowish.
I thought it could be Ombrophila fagiseda, but the color of fruit bodies is strange and I can't see a gelified tissue - so I'm confused now.
Medullary excipulum with text. intricata or prismatica(?), ectal excipulum text. globulosa-angularis. Some irregular crystals, if I'm not mistaken...(?)
Asci with croziers, Melzer+. Spores are biseriate, cylindrical-ellipsoid with one end wider often, smooth, with some small LBs concentrated around poles. Me= 12.9 × 4.9 µm, Qe= 2.6, N= 30, the length of the spores is pretty variable. Paraphyses with large VBs, which are lost in KOH.
Thanks for your help.
Marek

Re : Ombrophila?
Hello Marek,
a fungus somewhat similar to Ombrophila fagiseda, but lacking gel is Hymenoscyphus fagineus. It also grows on cupules of Fagus. Zuzana

Re : Ombrophila?
Hmm, I read that fruit bodies should be reddish-brown when dry, but they are not.
Otherwise it fits, I had no idea about the ultra-short stems. Thanks.

Re : Ombrophila?
Hi Marek
Did you compare Hymenoscyphus fagineus, the common disco on Fagus cupules?
I am not sure how the VBs in your living paraphyses looked, they should be multiguttulate, though not from top to base. (my Cudoniella folder)
Ah now I see Zuzana's answer.

Re : Ombrophila?
O.k., thanks, Zotto, the further collection will not be a problem, probably. And further microscopy - we'll see... :-)
And special thanks for your folders!
Marek
