He recogido estos apotecios, 120-150um de diámetro que crecían sobre una rama de planifolio desconocido. En una zona de regata.
El tipo de esporas me recuerda a otra colección que recogí de H. juliae. Pero aquella no tenía esas células digitadas en el margen.

woww, this type of marginal cells I saw only once in short-spored H. juliae, on a decorticated branch of Tilia 4-5 m above the ground, from Switzerland.
My monograph comment is:
"In another collection assigned to H. juliae the cortical cells formed striking
denticulate protuberances (Pls 106: 7; 107: 2a–i). In its other
features it concurs with the short-spored samples, therefore this
specimen is not believed to represent a separate taxon."

I now made a separate folde in order to better compare the two samples. Did you check the wood anatomy? And was this also an attached branch?
Although the monograph is now in real press since Wednesday, I would be glad if you could tell me date and location.

Hola Zotto,
Te mando alguna foto del sustrato. Es dificil hacer un corte. A ver si con eso consigues saber de que se trata. ¿Tal vez Acer?, es bastante abundante en la zona.
En cuanto a la localización, la muestra está recogida en Sarasibar, a unos 520m de altitud. Las coordenadas las tienes en la foto.
Respecto al habitat, el trozo de rama no estaba en altura, si no en el suelo, junto a otros trozos de ramas y restos que la corriente arrastra y acumula en los lados del cauce.
Si quieres algún dato más me dices.

Difficult to say. The small pits on the vessels look like a Betulaceae like Alnus or Betula. But then ladder-perforations must occur.
