Bonsoir,
Sur tige morte de Aconitum lycoctonum subsp. vulparia.
Apothécies de 1-2 mm de diamètre, disciformes, aplanies, généralement lobées avec l'âge, sessiles. Hyménium blanchâtre. Surface externe peu visible car en contact avec le support.
Réaction jaune vif à la potasse (KOH).
Ascospores : 7-10,6 x 2-2,5 µm, étroitement elliptiques à clavées, hyalines, sans goutte, lisses.
Asques : 45-55 x 5-6 µm, cylindriques, avec crochet, à appareil apical amyloïde de type Calycina, contenant huit spores.
Paraphyses : cylindriques, dressées, non renflées au sommet, larges de 3-5 µm, contenant une vacuole réfringente.
Excipulum médullaire : hyalin, de textura intricata.
Excipulum ectal : brun clair, de textura globulosa avec à la marge des cellules terminales renflées, clavées.
J'ai d'abord pensé à avoir affaire à Calycina 'pseudodiscreta' (H+), mais l'excipulum brun à textura globulosa ne correspond pas. Egalement, la réaction jaune à KOH est surprenante.
Il s'agirait d'une forme blanche d'un Mollisia ?

Clearly a Mollisia, according to the excipulum and especially the yellow reaction which is unknown in Calycina.
No idea which species.
