Conidia extruded as a thread-like tendril surrounded by mucilage are typical of the macropycnidial morph of the lichen genus Anisomeridium. Probably , it is A. polypori (Ellis & Everh.) M.E Barr

Could you give size of conidia please ? A. robustum fits perhaps better than A. polypori.
