J'ai trouvé récemment Pyronema domesticum sur place à feu. Je m'étonne de voir des guttules dans les spores alors que cela ne devrait pas être trop le cas.

Est-ce qu'avoir conservé l'échantillon au frigo pendant plusieurs jours avant de l'avoir examiné pourrait expliquer ce phénomène ?

I think, that this is P. domestica, it is on the typical substrate.

I'm just wondering why here the spores are guttulated whereas normally they are without guttules.

to me it looks more like an early stage of germination, not true lipid bodies.
