En observant une croûte, prélevée la face inférieure d'une branche pourrie d'épicéa, j'ai découvert à l'observation au microscope des asques et des ascospores mais l' asco est invisible extérieurement. Si cela inspire quelqu'un...... ?

Ca me fait penser à un Helminthosphaeria corticicole. Il en existe un bon nombre. Mais pour avoir regardé la clé D'Andrew (Mycologia 2014), rien ne correspond. Pas de poils sur tes ascomes ?

À vrai dire, je n'ai même repéré aucun ascome au niveau de cette croûte, j'ai simplement vu des asques et des ascospores dans la préparation de cette dernière, donc rien ne laissait présager extérieurement de la présence d'un asco…
