Hello I want to ask you if you have found this ye

... collected this week on a thick Picea log in Nature Reserve Zofinsky prales. The asci bear croziers, the paraphyses have an elongated vacuolar body, and the +- eguttulate spores are about 5-5,5/1,5 µm long. As there was few time (a lot of other colletions), I made few measurements. The IKI-reaction of the asci I first glance was negative but then I noticed a faint reaction - hard to decide if bluish or red.
Who can give a hint?
Best regards from Lothar
The best fit for your collection seems to be the part of Ciliolarina laetifica sensu the Norwegian material in Raitviir & Huhtinen 2002. Do you have the ascus measurements to and did you observe IKI reaction of the Vbs?
Hello Stip,
thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I did not think of IKI-reaction of paraphysis-contents.
Are you interested in the (only air-dried) collection? I have a second one (perhaps the one I send you before) from the BAvarian Forest.
Best regards, Lothar
