Hola, necesito de su ayuda para ver por lo menos el genero, en este momento no se por donde mirarsobre restos de hojas muy degradadas, muy humedas, sobre zona de agua, totalmente en sombra.
diametro maximo 3,5 mm
parafisis rectas X 2---X 2,5Â
ascas 210--230 x 11--14
esporas 18--20 x 7--8, Â en alguna se ve 1 septo
J+
margen de celulas globosas a subglobosas
medula parece gelatinosa

this sounds like being my Pezoloma herbicola, though the asci and spores are a bit large. Are you sure with the measurements and do you have a scale for your spore photo? A photo of a living mature ascus would be great as well. It should contain a big drop in the lower part.

He realizado preparaciones con cuatro apotecios y no logro ver Ascas en ninguno, parece que estan demasiado maduros.
las medidas de esporas coinciden en todos ellos 17--19,5 x 7--8, Â son muy parecidas a las primeras mandadas
mando unas fotos de ascas que tengo
si la logro encontrar otra vez mandare Mas fotografias

O.k. If the apos are 2 weeks in the fridge then it is clear that the asci are no more good. These are immature indeed, maybe they woudl get mature when kept at room temp.?
