Fungus on Fallopia sachalinensis

Hello everybody,
Can someone tell me what it is? The fungus grows on old stems of Fallopia sachalinensis.
Fruitbody: 0,5 x 0,5 mm, very hard!!
Asci: 150 x 10 µ, 8 spored, biseriat, no iodine reaction
Spores: 23 - 24 x 5 µ , 3 x septed
