Lophiostomataceae on Juniperus
Per Vetlesen,

It was found on bark of Juniperus communis in Hamar, Norway.
Spores: (22.1) 27.1 - 32 (32.7) × (4.5) 4.7 - 5.5 (6) µm; Q = (4.4) 5.2 - 6.6 (6.7) ; N = 31; Me = 29.8 × 5.1 µm ; Qe = 5.9. Most of the spores look like they are/becoming 3 septate. Some few spores with more septa, Fig 4b, but I'm not sure that they belong to this fungus? Terminal appendage not observed.
Is it Lophiostoma, Lophiopoacea or Lophiotrema? Using the key in L Holm & K Holm 1988, it comes out as Lophiotrema as it has a mucous sheat, but do not fit any of the described species in that paper. In Chesters & Bell 1970 it is closest to Lophiostoma winteri if the spores in Fig 4b belong, but I have not seen any appendages..... I also looked in Thambugala et al 2015 without finding a name for it.
Thanks in advance for any help.
All the best,
Per
