Please, compare with N. inundata for example.

sorry for the late reply and thank you for the hints. I collected some more samples and examined them. Also I took more pictures and the setae measured. I think Neocoleroa fits. I think the substrate is the algae I photographed here. Unfortunately I have no literature about N. inundata.
