Perhaps try The Ostropalean Fungi by Martha Sherwood, Mycotaxon Vol. 5(1):1-277. 1977. Perhaps your fungus is Schizoxylon?
Also, The Ostropalean Fungi II, Schizoxylon, also by Sherwood, Mycotaxon Vol. 6(2):215-260. 1977.
Both works cover Schizoxylon, but the second is a continuation and amendment of the Schizoxylon species treated in the first.
