Re:Hyaloscyphaceae blanc
Hi Francois
Clearly a Hyaloscypha. with strongly tapering short hairs. H. daedaleae seems excluded by spore shape. Maybe H. fuckelii? Determination of Hyaloscypha needs to know the croziers. Do you have Huhtinen's monograph?

Re:Hyaloscyphaceae blanc
Yes I do, but the genera key is somewhat a little bit confused. I shall look in this direction, the tiny size made me think it cannot be a Hyaloscypha.
I cannot see any croziers, but it does not mean there weren't.
I shall examine again the specimens.
Merci Zotto

Re:Hyaloscyphaceae blanc
Hyaloscypha is rarely over 1 mm diam, but sometimes only 0.3 mm.
The monograph I have only as hardcopy. Sorry, I do not know whether a scan exists. But there was recently the possibility to obtain it, wasn't it Andreas Gminder?

Re:Hyaloscyphaceae blanc
Salut François,
I would also consider H. fuckelii var. fuckelii, croziers seem to be present in picture 2 & 3 at young asci, also you can check free mature asci in CR croziers show mostly 2 red points in the ascusbase.
cheers Stip

Re:Hyaloscyphaceae blanc
Hi Stip
Welcome here on Mycofrance
Yes you are right, I have seen croziers with a better preparation. So H. fuckelii var. fuckelii fits well.
Thank you all for your help.
