Trichodelitschia

Malcolm GreavesThis Trichodelitschia I thought was either T bisporula or T minuta and is closer to the latter but I note that in the UK and on Index Fungorum they are synonomised as T bisporula. Is T minuta a valid species in the rest of Europe?
Thanks
Mal

Re : Trichodelitschia
Hi Mal
Doveri (2004) also synonymises the two, as there appear to be a number of intermediate collections. If they are synonymous then
T. bisporula, based on Hormospora bisporula P. Crouan & H. Crouan, Florule Finistère (Paris): 21 (1867) just takes precedence over T minuta, based on
Delitschia minuta Fuckel, Jb. nassau. Ver. Naturk. 23-24: 242 (1870) [1869-70]

best wishes
Chris
