this is quite good documentation, but I don't get an idea. If you have living paraphyses in water this would be helpful because of their contents. Presently I have no idea about a genus, except for perhaps Tatraea, if the apothecia have a short stalk.

Ah, the paraphyses are not alive. maybe the fungus is senescent and not alive anymore. Then it is more difficult.
