J'ai une copie de cette publication, mais il me manque les pages 2 et 3. Je dois scanner avant de te l'envoyer. Il y a aussi un page (9) suppémentaire avec des planches. Si tu ne reçois pas la publication en entier, c'est volontier que je t'envoi ce dont je dispose.
