Rutstroemia ?
Patrice TANCHAUD, 27-10-2015 12:16
Bonjour,

Harvesting on a twig (I think) on the ground, on a deciduous forest on the way. Apothecium 3 mm. Asci 140 µm on average, spores 15-17,5 x 4,5-5,5 µm.
I see Rutstroemia ulmariae ... or is it simply R. firma ?
Thank you in advance for your advice, I have one apothecium, I have not watched the textura.

Re : Rutstroemia ?
The twig looks to me like Quercus, can it be? You should see that when looking at the pores of the wood.

R. firma has either straight or curved spores, I never understood why.

Re : Rutstroemia ?
Quercus is possible where I was. Straight or curved spores for R. firma, then this is perfect, but if you do not know why, me neither ...
Thanks very much.
