Found immersed perithecia to 250-400um diameter, ostiolated (210x125um). They grow in small groups, on hardwood.
There are cylindrical asci, uniseriate, 130-180 x 10-14um, with apical apparatus IKI -.
The ascospores are brown, with straight germ slit.
I thought it may be some species of Barrmelia, perhaps B.sustenta?
I would appreciate any help.
