Found on cow dung.
Perithecia: 416x200 um.
Asci: 8-spored; 185-201x378-41 um; when in contact with water asci expand up to 350x50 um; very short stipe.
Spores: 4-celled; transversly septated; obliquely bi- or tri-seriate; cylindrical; 69-78x14.5x15.5 um; surrounded by a broad gelatinous hyaline sheath; parallel to slightly oblique germ slit in most cases germ slit bends at septa.
