Hello, I would be very glad if someone could send me some literature on operculate ascomycetes in Borneo (or Indonesia, Malaysia) or give me some tips where to get it. I found nothing.

One important title is M.A. Rifai (1968). The Australasian Pezizales in the herbarium of the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew . Verhandelingen der koninklijke nederlandse akademie van wetenschafppen, afd. natuurkunde teeede reeks - dell LVII - no.3. 295 pp.
