Hello, in my opinion is this Peziza fimeti (Fuckel) Seaver ss. Donadini, Gamundi. How You see, by the name gives some confusion.

You are right. The excipulum structure lock out P. fimeti. But 13 mm diameter and mature by P. vesiculosa?

The size is not a problem, I have several collections of "small" P. vesiculosa and I'm sure there are many collections named P. fimeti which are true vesiculosa ;o)
