Asques inoperculés, à 8 spores bisériées, cylindriques, graduellement élargis vers l'apex, avec crochets à la base et appareil apical amyloïde, 39-52 x 4,5-5,5 um
Paraphyses cylindriques, non ramifiées, parfois avec un septum basal, légèrement élargies vers l'apex et avec couvert d'une substance gélatineuse (?), avec quelques petites guttules, à contenu difficile à préciser, 47-60 x 1,8-2,8 µm, dépassant parfois légèrement les asques
Spores clavées, lisses, à une guttule moyenne difficile à préciser, jaunâtres, réfringentes, 5,5-7 x 1,5-2 µm, 6,3 x ,8 µm en moyenne, Q = 3,5
Excipulum ental difficile à préciser, en textura prismatica ± horizontal dans l'apothécie et ascendant dans le stipe, formé d'hyphes parallèles, septées, jusqu'à 45 x 8 µm de diam.
Excipulum ectal en textura porrecta , devenant ± prismatica, à cellules jusqu'à 24 x 12 µm
Revêtement externe formé d'hyphes parallèles, septées
This is undoubtedly R. subcarneus. The strongly clavate spores are characteristic. The contents of the paraphyses would only make sense when alive, the species then has apices filled with guttules (VBs).
I imagine that Danny Haelewaters is interested in this collection for sequencing.
