47.6 [69.2; 84.3] 106 x 1.9 [2.8; 3.4] 4.3 µm
Q = 18.4 [23.5; 27] 32; N = 25;
Me = 76.8 x 3.1 µm; Qe = 25.2
Medidas (agua):
47.6 [69.2 ; 84.3] 106 x 1.9 [2.8 ; 3.4] 4.3 µm
Q = 18.4 [23.5 ; 27] 32 ; N = 25 ; C = 95%
Me = 76.8 x 3.1 µm ; Qe = 25.2

Cher Tomas
this must be an ostropalean fungus. In your section this black matter on the lower left: might it be a part of the marginal lobes? On your macro this is not clear how the margo looks. Perhaps the marginal lobes possess periphysoids as shown in the posting on Karstenia today. A thinner section would be necessary to show this.
I corrected cm to mm, right? Smaller than 1 mm.

yes, the apos are erumpent from between the wood fibres.
What you can try is to cut with a razor blade an apothecium when DRY. Then very thin sections are possible even if the tissue is gelatinous. Species exist that have thin periphysoids embedded in abundant gel. And species of Stictis exist that have blackish apothecia. To find out the genus is not easy in this family.
When the spores emerge from the ascus base then it is an artifact caused by the preparation (artificial rupture).
