J'ai répondu peut être un peu trop vite, verifie quand même la présence d'une cloison au niveau de la spore.On ne les distingue pas sur tes photos.

I think also that you're right with Arnium septosporum.
It seems to be a rarely species which I could find only three times, all on horse dung!
