Re : Some fungicolous discomycetes
Hi Alex

MO is clearly Hyalorbilia inflatula, and the septate large spore is a conidium of its anamorph.

M3 is possibly the same species, but the conidia do not belong to it (Orbiliaceae always have hyaline conidia).

Hi Alex,
M4 Polydesmia pruinosa i would say so too
M3 Hyalorbilia sp.
M0 could be Hyalorbilia fusispora
M5 no idea, but it sure looks nice

Cheers,
Stip

Re : Some fungicolous discomycetes
Thank you!
As I understand, the man problem is M5. I will try to overlook another apothecia of this sample ones more.
Also now I start to prepare micro photoes and brief descriptions for 26 xylicolous Orlilia/Hyalorbilia samples collected diring last expedition in Carpathians.

Re : Some fungicolous discomycetes
Hi Alex
it was difficult for me to see whether some of your elements are alive or not. You put them in water, do you? Maybe your microscope is not very good? Use full power to your light, and perhaps also some white balance.

Re : Some fungicolous discomycetes
Hi Zotto
My microscope is not very good, but not bad. The problem is that now there are problems with camera. Therefore I took photographs through a simple Chinese ocular camera (like web-camera), and it gives a yellow background. I hope to debug my camera and then situation should improve.
