C'est pourquoi je fais appel à votre aide.
Il s'agit de minuscules ascomes observés sur crottin de cheval dont les dimensions sont inférieures à 400 µm (aussi bien en largeur qu'en hauteur)
Pour la microscopie les asques mesurent 80-120 x 17- 20 µm. Les paraphyses sont grêles et dépassent légèrement les asques. Enfin les spores sont elliptiques-fusiformes, lisses, hyalines et mesurent de l'ordre de 20X 9-10 µm.

J'ai essayé de m'orienter vers le genre Coprotus mais sans certitude

For me Coprotus the spores are elliptical. I also see a double wall in the spores. I would check the references on Tecotheus crustaceus out. The aphothecia are so small, they fit the spore masses. However, I like the asci not. Please leave a aphothecia dry and check to see if you can find Bary bubble. Then this is for Coprotus ochraceus would speak.

As tu fait la réaction au Meltzer ? Si elle est positive ( parois des asques surtout ), tu pourrais t'orienter vers le genre Thecotheus. Cela pourrait bien coller avec la forme des paraphyses et celle des spores. Par contre ton champignon n'est peut être pas encore assez mûr.

Merci pour ta réponse. Je n'avais malheursement pas testé le Melzer. Mon investigation n'étant pas suffisante c'est la raison pour laquelle je n'étais pas certain du genre. J'avais effectivement songé à Coprotus et Thecotheus.
Le problème maintenant est de repartir à la "pêche" pour tenter d'y voir plus clair. Si je retrouve de ces petites apothécies je vous mettrais au courant .
