There were much smaller yellowish fungi (?) on its surface, size less tnan 1mm.

Hello.
You must verify under the microscope but I think this fungus is Cytidia salicina. It's very common on Salix branches.
What you call "smaller yellowish fungi" is perhaps a Tremella species, but my experience with those parasitic fungi is reduced...

yes the red fungus is Cytidia salicina with certainty.
The so called yellow fungus is a imperfect fungus in my opinion. I found these sort of things several times and never succeeded in finding fertile structures.
