Very small fruiting bodies on affected leaves. Four spores per ascus. Spores with 1 sept, slightly constricted and slightly asymmetrical, approximately 17.3x4.8mu. 400X, 2.5mu per tick mark. See also https://waarneming.nl/observation/292806132/

Thanks for your comment. In the Netherlands, this species only occurs on tree bark,especially of Salix. It is very rare here. Is it also possible on leafs? With Regards, Kees.

Hello Kees,
Your find is very similar to what I found before in the Netherlands. I found I. tetraspora both on wood of Cytisus scoparia and on a decayed apothecium of Hypocreopsis lichenoides.
