Looks like an attached branch, exposed, not on the ground. The bluegreen colour suggests a Claussenomyces (in the usual sense of the genus).

At first glance I thought of Claussenomyces atrovirens. But I've never seen it should anamorphic stage.

This group is difficult, and who knows whether this one is described at all.
