Edit Szilvásy, 21-02-2015 08:16
Edit SzilvásyHy to all,

Yesterday I found this mushroom. Such spores can not find a solution.
Stroma size 1-2 mm long.
I think peroneutypa sp. But which one?

The spore size 8-10 x 1 microns
Thank you for your help.

Re : Peroneutypa ?
Hi Alain,

I dont' know how to prepare the preparation these "hard" fungi.
The fungus is placed on a slide for the night and wait until the spores fall out of it.
Maybe these spores aren't of the Peroneutypa?
I'm sorry that I'm so clumsy, but thank you for your attention.

Re : Peroneutypa ?

No problem Edit, we all have to learn with this forum.

In Peroneutypa, like Eutypella and other Diatrypaceae, the perithecias are immersed and we only see the necks. I join you a photo of the complete stroma of Eutypella scoparia in vertical section (made with a razor blade).

You will find asci and ascospores in these perithecias.

Re : Peroneutypa ?
Hi Alain,

This morning I tried to win spores. The surgery was successful.:-))
The fungus was very little, but I took a piece of the gelatinous material with the needle tip.
Once again, thank you very much for your help.

Edit
Ps: (I think this asco is possible Peroneutypa scoparia)
