during this week we may achieve -40 C temperature at nights, The frost don't depress fungi as much as human. I found these tiny ones on my own yard on Salix, it's too cold to go to forests.
They are 0,1 to 0,3 mm wide:

I thought it may be Allophylaria vulgaris, but still checked.
The spores are with many droplets 8-20x3-4 and may germinate, I think I saw a couple with a septa.

The asci are 80-105x7-9 and paraphyses widen to 2-3 micrometers.

The hemiamyloidity should be taken into concideration, evenif I'm not 100% sure ;)

got to admit, that my focus was on the light ones, thoug I've seen lots of O. ocellata on Salix twigs on my yard ;)
There was something else, some pyrenomycetes growing on the twig too.

These had big spores, 40-60x8-10 with loads of droplets and some appendages at the ends, asci were something like 125-140x16-22.
Could it be Diaporthe tessella?
Often there are many species to be found even on a small twig.

I'm very happy, because I did manage to determine this, evenif there are so many unknown terms in the pyrenomyces keys. Must learn what they mean (actually given time fungi will teach them ;) )
According to year 2000 ascolist, the species seems to be common here and is known as Allantoporthe tessella, too.
