Apo downy, greyish olive, 0,3-1 mm diam. Asci 8-sp., ca. 85-990 µm long; Spores faintly guttulate; paraphyses with a huge unbroken vb. Spores ca. 15-19 x 2,5-3(-3,5) µm, 1-septate, fusiform, curved, also within asci; marginal celles olive, clavate at margin, 1-4 septate. I+bb. With coarse pigment granules on the external hyphae. No pigment exudes in KOH but exc. and ext. turn even stronger olive green.

Re : Olive tinged Mollisia on Cladium mariscus - Denmark
Hi Thomas
the spores are strongly guttulate with large LBs as you can see on the two photos with paraphyses. Given that the spores are 1-septate within the living ascus (this is uncertain), and no crystals are there, I think this Mollisia luctuosa (= M. humidicola).
