Hi all,I have found a small, Microthyrium-like pyrenomycete with unitunicate (?) asci and spores about 10-14x3-4,5µm, first with a single medium septa, mature spores with 3 septa, smooth, hyaline, without appendices.
Substrate: Rubus fruticosus.
I have checked Ellis&Ellis, there are some Microthyrium species described but I think this here is something else. Who can help?

Your fungus doesn't look like Microthyrium which are superficial species.
No idea at once.

I agree with Alain - this certainly isn't Microthyrium versicolor which in my experience has quite a thick upper surface and distinctive margin - see the images (not brilliant, but you will get the idea); your spores, while mostly immature, as you say are developing 3 septa - again not suggesting the Microthyriaceae . . .

Thank you both, it would be the first time for me with a Microthyrium...so I need some experience, which I get even if THIS is not a Microthyrium ;)

If you want to see Microthyrium, Björn, have a look at fallen Ilex aquifolium and Buxus leaves - you should find it pretty quickly! You will find that the thyriothecia will easily lift off the surface of the leaf with a needle or sharp scalpel blade.
