Could be the anamorph of a Pezicula species (Cryptosporiopsis).

This suggestion seems to me very apt :)
In this region Pezicula carpinea is a very common species.
I regretted the time to explore it more detail.
Later, as I meet fresh Ascomata, I will have to fix this error.
