I need help with this one:
Substrate: On a decorticated branch of Pinus
Macro : Ascomata unilocular, about 0.5 mm in diameter, black, smooth, with a simple pore opening at the top. Substrate around ascomata bleached white. Hymenium in loculi pinkish-transparent.
Micro : Asci 125-145 x 17-21.5 µm, bitunicate. Pseudoaraphyses cylindrical, about 2-2.5 µm, simple or with short side branches. Spores constantly four-celled, slightly constricted at the septa, nearly hyaline (mature spores may be seen as very slightly colored), 26.5-32 x 8.5-12 µm.
Thanks a lot for any suggestions,
Stefan
Check for Exarmidium.
Best, Hermann
