Anamorph on Lophiostoma macrostomoides

Central Sweden today I found some Lophiostoma on a Salix caprea stump, turned out to be L. macrostomoides and some of them had these small black pustules on the surface. I had a closer look on one in the microscope and it seems to be a conidiomata with plenty of conidia. Have anyone encountered something similar?
